Bhart is from Sirsa, the westernmost district of Haryana, located at the tri-junction of Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan. He completed his B.Sc. from CDLU, Sirsa, in 2017 and M.Sc. in Chemical Sciences from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut, in 2019. Having qualified CSIR-NET in December 2018, he joined Molecular Magnetism Lab, IISER Bhopal in August 2020 to pursue his research interest in molecular magnetism.

His research interests include spin crossover based switchable materials and their device applications. He is working to understand different facets of spin-crossover and harness these for practical applications through SCO-polymer composite fabrication. He usually spends his leisure time watching movies or journaling. He likes travelling as it offers opportunities to explore new places and cultures.
